The Villiers Square development incorporates over 80,000 ft2 of purpose-built ‘Grade A’ office, retail, and leisure space, as well as an 80-bedroom hotel, a fully landscaped public amenity space and an improved streetscape behind Villiers House and Clarendon House. MCL has been appointed to provide MEP design services up to RIBA Stage 4.
